Return Process

  Log into your SWAG KICKS account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
